The center is located in the South Jamaica Housing Development.
We cater to the needs of older adults having contributed 49 years of services to the community.

Program Highlights
Exercise Program
This program is designed to keep our members active and healthy through body movement, stretching, and physical strengthening. Members enjoy the movements while safely improving their health.
Dance Club
This program allows members to enjoy music while moving and growing. It is also a fun and exciting way to meet new people and work as a team. You will learn various dance moves, share new steps, and enjoy exploring your most creative capabilities on the dance floor. We invite you to Join the club.
Intergenerational Programs
The center creates opportunities and strengthens intergenerational relationships for older adults, young adults, children, families, and communities through interaction on many projects including, but not limited to, art, dance, music, and socialization.
