Part-time 7 hours (one day) Director for Respite Saturday only program. Supervise staff in development of programs that meet the needs of mentally frail older persons.
Interview prospective caregivers to determine level of need for themselves as a caregiver. Arrange visit to RESPITE program with mentally frail older person. Provide, arrange or refer caregiver to appropriate service provider for specific caregiver needs. Coordinate and facilitate levels of program activity among staff within other adult day program in the community. Coordinate lunch and transportation.
Individual will have a Master of Social Work degree with at least one to three years experience working with caregivers.
