Payroll Bookkeeper

The Payroll Bookkeeper position under the supervision of the Fiscal Director involves having skills in payroll inputting, knowledge of computer spreadsheets for allocating personnel benefits.

Responsibilities:

Responding to payroll inquires, coding of income for banking purposes, preparing of all government forms and annual audits and maintaining all payroll files regarding employees. Accept all monies from senior center sites.

Qualifications:

Candidates must be a high school graduate and have at least 3-5 years bookkeeping experience in payroll accounting.
